What is the Pilot?
A paid, time-boxed engagement — 15 to 25 days — at a reduced rate. It gives you full platform access scoped to your chosen modules, so you can evaluate the platform on real work before committing to a full subscription.
Why don't you list prices?
Pricing depends on deployment, scope, and volume, and we'd rather size it to your situation than quote a number that doesn't fit. Contact us and we'll come back quickly.
What happens to our data and what we build?
You keep everything we build together. In dedicated and air-gapped deployments your code and data stay inside your perimeter — the exception is whatever a hosted model call has to carry, which stays under your policy and shows up in the audit trail. On downgrade, your data is never deleted — there's a grace period.
Can this run fully offline?
Yes, when the models run inside your perimeter too. Enterprise supports air-gapped deployment with offline licensing — the platform itself needs no egress. Reaching a hosted frontier model does require outbound access to that provider, so a true zero-egress install pairs the platform with self-hosted models.
What happens when we pass our source or pipeline cap?
Nothing stops working. Every plan includes an agreed allowance of connected sources and pipelines; past it, additions are metered at the per-unit rate in your contract and show up on your usage report. We alert the org admin before you cross the line, not after.
Why aren't connected sources unlimited on Enterprise?
Because each connected source carries real profiling, storage, and retrieval cost — calling that unlimited would just mean pricing the worst case into everybody's base rate. A contracted cap with transparent overage keeps the base price honest and lets you scale in steps you can forecast.
What does 'scoped by selection' mean?
Your price follows the number of sources you connect, the pipelines you run, and how much you ask — not a per-seat count. AI FinOps and AI Security are on every tier at no extra line item. You can add sources later without changing deployment or migrating anything.
